Return Policy

We take a lot of time to pick out a diverse collections to satisfy everyone's needs, but sometimes a purchase is just not what you expected. We are okay with that!

We offer hassle free returns of unused items within 7 days of purchase. Simply follow these steps for a return:

1. Do not use the item, we cannot accept returns on used items.

2. Send us an e-mail at sales@emeraldcoastglassconnect.com for a return number and details.

3. Repackage the item carefully as they were, we will not accept returns on items due to customer negligence.

4. Ship the item back to us at the address below, after an inspection we can offer a full refund or a replacement after we receive the item.

Broken Items

We take enormous care to package every piece carefully and securely. We have rigorously tested our packaging process. This is to make sure that under any foreseeable circumstance (that would occur during shipping) your item will arrive undamaged and in working condition. Additionally, our products undergo thorough inspection when they arrive at our facility to make sure they are in fully functional condition.

In the unlikely scenario that your item should arrive damaged, follow these steps to get a replacement:
1. Photograph the broken item, as well as the shipping materials. This is required to file a claim with our shipping services.
2. E-mail us at: sales@emeraldcoastglassconnect.com
This e-mail should contain pictures of the broken item as well as photographs of the packaging materials.
3. After we have inspected the photographs and authorized a replacement, we will send you an RMA number.
4. You must place the RMA number on the front of the package you send to us, ship to:

5. When we get the item it will undergo further inspection. After this process is completed, we will ship you a replacement.

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will used items be eligible for a return. Under no circumstance will items seized by any individual state's customs organizations be eligible for a return or a refund. You must know your individual state laws.
